Who is responsible

What we store
Your email address, the consent text you agreed to with its version and time, and the time you confirmed. Your reference number is your position in the list; it is counted when shown, not stored. To limit repeated requests we keep a salted hash of your IP address and of your email address for up to two days. The IP address itself is not stored. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Why
To confirm your request (double opt-in) and to email you when Eurvald opens. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The hashes protect the list against abuse, our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where
In the EU. The database runs on Supabase in Ireland and the site on Vercel in Dublin. The confirmation email is sent through our email provider, Resend. These providers process the data on our behalf.

How long
Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 48 hours. Confirmed requests are kept until you withdraw or the list is closed. The hashes are deleted after two days.

Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, or a copy of it, and you can object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. You can also complain to a data protection authority.

Every email from us carries a link that withdraws your request and deletes your email address in one step. Or write to hello@eurvald.com.
